My Yoga journey started 10 years ago. I was looking for something more than just running around, working, eating, cleaning and sleeping… I was a single mom with two kids trying to balance my life. Soon I realized how yoga and breathing could help me clear my mind, release stress, bring positive thinking and happiness in my life. I had a chance to try many different yoga classes and workshops but I felt in love with Vyniasa Flow Yoga and decided to share all my knowledge with people who are looking for something more, just like I was. In 2015 I completed 200 hours of yoga teachers’ training and received my certificate. Since then I was lucky enough to teach many new students and lead them to their journeys. I enjoy seeing progress in my students and I get very excited when we can have Power Yoga class together. My goal is to grow our Yoga community and help people stay healthy, positive, happy and most importantly learn how to accept yourself.
